 What Will You Need When Appling For A Loan

• Picture ID
• Social Security Number.
• Address for the past two years.
• Names and addresses of each employer for the past two years.
• W-2's
• Last two pay stubs.
• List of all checking and savings accounts and the financial institutions they are held with.
• Balance and monthly payment of all current loans and the lender name.
• If you are self employed: last two years' tax statements; year to date profit and loss statement prepared by an accountant.
• Loan information and address of real estate owned.
• Certificate of eligibility or DD214s (VA only).
• Deposit for credit report and appraisal.
